The more in advance you book the better. By making bookings early you get better deals. However, for those last-minute or unexpected trips we can still figure things out for you.

Yes! Oftentimes when groups travel in ten or more they save money. We can take care of the fine details. All group trips must be booked in advance for better rates.
The one-time non-refundable agent research fee pays the agent for the services they provide.
When you pay the agent fee, you will receive three custom quotes. These quotes are based on informational questionnaire forms you fill out and provide to the agent. If you should decide to cancel your Bookings or not use services from Travelscapes Specialty Bookings & Tours for any reason the agent is still compensated. the "Agent's Fees" may vary depending upon the number of travelers.
Travelscapes Specialty Bookings & Tours is an independent agent under InteleTravel. Our agent fee is 100% non-refundable. However, a refund may be possible depending on our partner's policy. Travel Partners meaning (hotels, cruise lines, etc.) Cancelation policy depends on the partner and the type of booking. Although, Travelscapes Specialty Booking & Tours can not issue your refunds, we are happy to assist you in your request. By helping you contact partners or reach out to customer service.
Travelscapes Specialty Bookings & Tours loved its clients. Every now and again we offer an incentive to say thank you for your business. Once given you have 7 days to activate it. Then 18 months to plan your trip. You pay only taxes at the time of activation. Some partners may require additional resort fees or gratuity charges. Transportation charges & fees to and from destinations are the responsibility of the recipient.
Yes! We offer tickets for live shows, sports events, and concerts. Whatever it is we have you covered.
Yes! We have the tool to fit everyone's travel needs. We will personally speak to our partners, making sure proper accommodations can be made. Travelscapes wants you or your loved one to travel in comfort.
Yes! Travel insurance is a great way to protect yourself & loved ones. In the event that you or a loved one becomes ill, you are covered. If you have to cancel your trip or even if it is something simple like a rental car policy. We work with our partners to make sure to protect our clients 100%
Once agent fees are paid in full we ask that clients allow 72 hours for their custom quotes. If you are booking a group trip we ask that you allow 7 days.
No, once you register on the agent site you can book travel with no fee. However, better deals and packages are best done with an agent.
